A magical immersion in the heart of the 2 Alpes ice cave
Nestling at the top of the 2 Alpes ski area, facing the most beautiful peaks in the Ecrins National Park, enter an extraordinary place where cold and beauty meet.
To get there from the resort, take the Jandri to the bottom of the 2 Alpes glacier, then hop on the funicular for a trip under the glacier to 3400m. At the exit, the ice cave awaits your visit!
The ice cave, accessible in winter and summer alike, has been shaped by 2 mountain guides to create a wonderful world.
You enter a 200m-long tunnel where you'll be instantly captivated by the icy sculptures that adorn the walls, resembling ephemeral works of art ranging from majestic statues to detailed motifs. The inside of the ice cave seems like a parallel world, where the play of light filtering through the ice and the sparkle of the crystals create an enchanting atmosphere.
Admiring this fabulous universe of ice is like an invitation to experience a moment of pure magic, a return to nature's roots in a breathtaking setting.

- 9:45 am to 3:30 pm - last admission at 3:00 pm

- Directly at the entrance to the ice cave: payment only in cash or cheque. No credit cards.
- On the website and at automatic ticket machines with a 1 or 6-day pedestrian pass.

Children / Seniors and over: €5.50

Preferential rate
Single rate of €5.50 when purchased with a 1-day or 6-day pedestrian pass
Remember: download or take a photo of your order confirmation to present at the entrance to the ice cave. There is no Internet at altitude.
